My sessions with Kate were entirely transformative. I was amazed and humbled that just through speaking to her I could feel more like myself again. Her mindful CBT tips were immeasurably helpful, and I always felt safe, comfortable and completely listened to when sat across from her. No problem in my life was too big or too small for her.
She was professional but also extremely warm, always talking to me with kindness and asking exactly the right questions. As difficult as such conversations can be in lots of ways, I really enjoyed my time with Kate. Our sessions were often speckled with laughter, and I felt that she understood me almost effortlessly. I can’t recommend her services enough.
